The Purpose
The Building & Leveraging Opportunities Foundation (BLO Foundation) was recognized in February of 2022. The purpose of the BLO Foundation is to support programming for communities and individuals in underserved communities in Cuyahoga County, addressing education attainment, mental health, and economic mobility.
